Mortgage Pre-Approval

Before you start looking at homes, you need to know what you can afford. A mortgage broker or bank can help you figure this out with a mortgage pre-approval. Don’t get frustrated later when you find out that your dream home is outside of your price range.

Choose the Right Agent

Find a Buyer’s Agent to represent you; they can help guide you through every step of the process of buying a home. Their sole responsibility is your best interests. Buyer’s agents are paid through commission paid by the seller so it will not cost you anything.
